Election Judge Jackie Massey, who has presided over local elections in the Lewisville-Flower Mound area for years, told Denton County Commissioners how her voters are often angry and frustrated when they are told they are at the wrong polling place on Election Day.

And she ended her talk with a challenge to the elected commissioners to take action to give Denton voters the same countywide Election Day voting that 87% of voters in other Texas counties already have.

Her challenge is timely: on Nov 3, Denton County will have its largest ever Election Day turnout.

Last November, more than 7,000 voters were turned away from at least one polling place because of the county's forced precinct voting rule. This year, as many as 9,000 could suffer the same fate on Election Day.

Watch her speak in the 3-minute video below, then take action at www.votingcentersnow.org/standup.
