30k Dallas Co voters turned away from the polls on March primary Election Day

This just in: from NPR, an estimated 30,000 Dallas County voters were turned away from at least one polling l0cation on March 3.

This came out the same day the Dallas GOP party chair resigned under pressure because he refused to repeat this fiasco for the May 26 Primary Runoff Election Day.

I don’t usually comment on GOP inside baseball, but it’s worth knowing that West resigned after being re-elected by a wide margin by Republicans in Dallas County because he refused to continue the disastrous precinct-voting scheme the Dallas GOP forced the county to adopt for voting on primary Election Day on March 3.

This is because the small group of insiders who control the Dallas County party are willing to disenfranchise their own party’s voters to kiss up to Trump and his made up claims of voter fraud.

The same thing is going on in Denton County where GOP insiders have our elected county commission so scared of losing their jobs they won’t give Denton voters the same safe countywide Election Day voting that 85% of TX voters now enjoy.

And in Denton County, we suffer from this not just on primary Election Day, but on every Election Day in every election.
