Find your Denton County Commissioner and how to contact them
Denton County is governed by five elected officials: the County Judge, who is the county executive elected countywide, and four precinct commissioners who each represent one of four parts of the county. Send one email to County Judge Andy Eads.
Send a second email to the precinct commissioner who represents your area. Below are the four precinct commissioners, their email addresses and the cities each represents. If there's an asterisk (*) next to your city it means it is split among two or more commissioners. If you see an asterisk or if your city is not on the list, follow the steps at the bottom of the page to find out who your county commissioner is.
If you don't see your city or if there's an asterisk (*) by your city's name, follow these steps:
• Go to the county's Voter Lookup Page, enter your first name, last name and date of birth; hit Search.
• Click the brown button "My Elected Officials" in the lower left corner of this page.
• Click the brown button "County" at the top of this page.
• Scroll down to Denton County Commissioner and a precinct number, click on the commissioner's name.
• In the "Office Detail" window, the third item from the bottom is your commissioner's email address, click on it. This opens up an email form. Paste your text asking your commissioner to approve voting centers into this form and hit "Send" or the email icon.
